In this app you can record your own time-based runs.
STEP BY STEP:
1) Record the time intervals between your activities, intervals or sprints.
2) Turn on the Timer to start your activity. When the time for an activity ends, the application automatically starts the next one.
3) You will know which activity is current because activities that close are automatically deleted and the current activity becomes darker to signal this.
4) Additionally, when the activity time is up, your phone will vibrate to notify you that the time is up and the next activity has started.
